Return Policy and Process

Damaged Product: If the item is received damged in any way, please do not remove any tags or labels, and place back in original packaging. Immediately notify by email or phone below withn the first 7 days of receiving the product. This is to insure you can get a credit on shipping cost after item has been inspected. Failure to notify in the first 7 days will result in a forfeit of shipping cost. Item can still be returned under the 30-day return policy.
Easy 30-Day Returns We're committed to your total satisfaction. If, for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can get a full refund of the product price and any associated tax, within thirty (30) business days of receipt of the item(s), just pay shipping and handling on the return.

3. Be sure to either include your packing slip or write your order number on the outside of the package to ensure a prompt credit! To receive either a credit toward an exchange or a credit on your Paypal account, please note that all returns and exchanges must be in new, unused or unworn condition with the original tags and stickers attached. Items deemed worn, used, dirty or missing tags will be returned to purchaser at their expense and no refund will be issued. Customized and personalized items are not returnable. Since lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier for the return shipment.
